If you want to be told all the paperwork is done and given the key to your new car just to be told a couple days later we will take your car from you if you don't bring them an award letter on their time and there is nothing you can do because you are out of town with your disabled child recovering from surgery. With harassing text and phone calls daily until they get what they want. I will not ever purchase another vehicle from here. Inconvenient and selfish!

I went to nissan service dept Wednesday afternoon and was told it was a two hour wait .. if I came back the following morning at 7 when nissan open I'd be taken care of .. I was there at 6:45am Thursday and I was the first person serviced and I even got to work on time .. THANKS NISSAN OF MOBILE !

They charged me a disposal fee for 4 tires, and gave me back one. i called the service manager and left word for him to call me, but never got it.
