Professional, paid very close attention to detail. Did not try and trick me into paying for anything without full knowledge of consequence. Decent and respectful group that made my vehicle purchase feel like it was the right dealership to belong to.
Brian wetzel was my service rep. He was very attentive and explained all that need to be done to my car. He explained the main issue and also advised other areas of concern and asked if I wanted to address them at this time. He was very courteous. He also advised of other options instead of using Nissan parts too in order to save some money. Thank you for fixing my air conditioner!!!!

So I drop my car off at my designated appointment time at 10:30 am. I was told my service would only take 3 hours. I return 3 hours later and they had not even started working on my car. What is the point in having a an appointment if they are not going to come close to following it. Will not use them ever again.
