The service dept. opened right on time. The service rep and cashier was very friendly. I received no oil sticker on windshield and your web site said all vehicles in for service receives a wash, (no wash here) . I was driving out of mobile for car services. Though thy services were goog I was looking for a closer place. Looks like I'll be driving that 15-20 miles instead of 5. What happen to pat peck?

Went in today to get an oil change and had a wonderful experience! Brian was extremely professional, helpful and nice! Everyone was welcoming from the time I walked into the service dept! Definitely coming back!

I’ve been here many times, purchasing several vehicles here and getting them serviced. Today I’m getting service done and I’ve never felt more unwelcome at a business in my life. My service rep was very friendly and helpful as well as the cashier it’s just the general attitude and demeanor of all of the other employees. Most seem more concerned about interacting with one another with the customer being an inconvenience. I can’t wait for them to be done with my service so I can get out of here. I miss Pat Peck Nissan
