RecommendedI had an oil change and tire rotation done today. When I arrived and saw how full the parking lot was, I almost cancelled. I'm glad I didn't. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was warm, friendly, and helpful. And it didn't take nearly as long as I expected. I'll definitely be taking my vehicle there for future service needs.

This is my third time buying a vehicle here. I found what I wanted online , immediately was contacted and then the next morning the salesman Ryan contacted me. I was impressed with him keeping in contact with me etc. I can’t stand when I’m having to constantly contact a salesman to get information. Ryan was fantastic from start to finish! Erik was my service writer and he was really good at getting in contact with me to let me know what was needed to fix my issues. Spent half the day at the dealership, staff were really accommodating, I had my puppy with me, the dealership provided lunch for everyone, really a nice touch. This was on a Saturday, I’ll make sure to bring the Altima back for the next service.
Great service- we had Erik Orunda for a service advisor. He was well mannered, informative and timely. As for the dealership- the men’s bathroom door is very loud, and you hear it slam the whole time you’re inside the building. The women’s bathroom had no soap, and the toilet handle was broken, alongside the toilet paper holder. It seemed to me the tv was also going bad.
