My service rep was Erik. He was amazing! I highly recommend him, as well as Terry and Dale. He went above and beyond his job description and made me feel like he truly was listening to me and made sure I had all the info I needed (and printed it out) for a future fix on a (not so serious problem) I’m having with my car. I have been to the Nissan on numerous occasions to get various things fixed on my car the advisor that I had was very concerned about me getting the proper things that I needed for my car so there for his personal attention toward me being happy with excellent the technicians that took care of my car also we're very good so I appreciate all that they do at Nissan and I'll give them kudos for being the place to go
