There are bays & beaches, islands, and lots of low mountain scenery. Canoeing ( kayaking ) is a superb way to enjoy the views. Fantastic afternoon with Leigh, he was incredibly patient with us and took us around several scenic spots, gave us some history lessons and just made us feel like we were out on the lake with a mate. I can not recommendTall Bloke Adventures highly enough. When I return to the Lakes, I will go kayaking with Leigh again. We had the best day ever with Leigh! It was an amazing experience, Leigh is the best guide ever, he has so much knowledge on the area and cool stories. I highly recommend this experience, Leigh has everything to make sure we are safe and prepared! It was so peaceful and the views are unbelievable! Thank you Leigh!
Had the best morning with Leigh exploring Ullswater in a different way. As a novice kayaker, Leigh went through all the equipment and safety and made sure we were warm and dry enough. Cannot recommend this tour enough, no matter the weather!
An absolutely perfect morning with Leigh. Couldn’t have asked for better weather and Leigh was a great teacher and was incredibly friendly throughout the whole trip. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for anything to do in Ullswater or the Lake District
Absolutely brilliant. Leigh is great guy, great instructor and great with the stories. We had an amazing morning kayaking on Ullswater in the glorious sunshine. We cannot stop talking about amazing the experience was. Leigh is full of knowledge about the valley, he is very experienced so we all felt very safe and his equipment is top notch. Highly recommend to anyone 👍👍
