Scam, stay away. Place is a trash bin. Instructors don't know martial arts and just promote to a new belt for the sake of promoting.
Buyer beware! Do not sign anything in this establishment! They operate though convoluted and contradictory contracts. I was part of the Talanantez family for a year and after my time was served and my contract ended they have continued to charge me for classes not attended. Their's are poor and unethical business practices. When they explained to me that I had been tricked, I was told that I should have had my lawyer look over the contract before I signed it.
