This evening before I left Take5 on Lynnhaven parkway, I asked them to ensure my air filter/hose is all attached tightly. Twice before I have left Take5 after an oil change and had my car completely shut off- Both times due to them knocking the hose loose when checking things under my hood. The man popped my hood back up and “checked” it before I left. I drove a few minutes up the road, and my car shut off.
