I have lymphedema in both legs. I have been doing my own therapy ( and going to therapy once a year being wrapped for a full week), wrapping, pumping and wearing my compression stockings for years. I have had the flexitouch plus pump for about a year. So far in that time I've had to get both leg sleeves replaced and the trunk piece due to the velcro coming apart. The consumer cannot reach this company. And they don’t return urgent calls. Have severe lymph edema in both legs, particularly bad in left. Vascular surgeon told me yesterday (emergency appointment since I could only get my feet into my Uggs scuffs and even so they make indentations in my puffy feet).that I should use my Tactile leggings at least an hour a day, 2x daily. Unbelievable healthcare providers; This company are swindlers; I emphasize SWINDLERS; Mr Dr. ordered me a simple right foot contraption 6 months ago. First a Megan came to me house to demonstrate a right leg unit. Fair enough so far. Next a woman named Hicks came out and demonstrated a monster for both legs and feet that was not only an overkill, but needs 2 persons to put in on and off. Nearly two years ago I sat thru a company demo in my home in how to use my pump. I have lymphedema from breast cancer treatment. I waited ..called never got my pump. My doctor tried. I talked with folks for hours as did my doctors office. This spring ...I was awaiting my pull. Again nothing. Then 5 days ago I received a letter from tactile stating we "learned you were no longer interested.' not true. No one called. I emailed the company. Got no response. Called today. Very UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER here. I've used this product twice. It's the biggest pain in the butt to put on, get started, it's HUGE, takes up an enormous amount of space in my home. They refuse to let me return it. They've billed my insurance, and billed me over $475 that I cannot afford, nor was I told in advance of my copay. This is something I will NEVER use nor do I want in my house. Patient beware.... they refuse any returns. Biggest scam and poor customer service. I absolutely hate this thing! There's no way that they even took into consideration the people they were designing this for. It's so difficult to get on that by the time I'm in it I'm having a full blown asthma attack. I literally have my nebulizer set up next to it because I have to do a treatment at the same time as I'm using this pump. I'm not even that big. I know people with lymphedema and lipidema who are way bigger than me and I can't even imagine how they use this thing. I'm calling my Aetna casemanager asap and if t... read more

I wish I could give zero stars. The equipment I got for lymphedema is bulky, ridiculously hard to use and requires two people to put on the equipment. It has massive hoses and is very complicated. No support once you buy and a terrible outcome when you use it. It is simply not helpful. Do not waste your money. They are a scam like the other reviews state. Be careful. It is very expensive. Do your research.
