From the initial picking out a travel trailer, to walk thru,to hooking up our truck making sure everything was working correctly, to the parts dept who made sure we got everything we needed, to the office staff who did an awesome job at making our purchase go smoothly. The atmosphere is awesome, no pressure, and greater staff. I would recommend this dealership anybody looking for a new toy!!!
My 80 year old mother bought a brand new $38000 OUTBACK trailer from Tacoma RV. 1 1/2 months later, while parked in the yard for no reason one of the windows broke and crumbled. She was told this would not be covered under warranty. I think it was defective. They said there is nothing they can do. I called a glass company to get it fixed. They talk customer service. But do business like Poulsbo RV
Service department needs serviced.. they can't fix anything...
Horrible service department ! They have had my trailer for three month leaking in the rain.
