My husband and I bought our very first camping trailer from Tacoma RV Center. Loved the friendly and helpful people here. There was never any pressure, Heidi just let us be and walk through any of the trailers, and Jeremy walked us through the starting procedure. We picked it up last Friday and met so many more wonderful people . If you are looking to buy your first trailer or even up grade you must check out Tacoma RV Center. This is the place to go! Great prices, knowledgable staff, and wide selection to choose from. I looked at other places to compare prices, and Tacoma RV could not be beat. They also have their parts store right there, so you can purchase everything you need before you ever leave the lot. It's perfect! When is came to financing, I had options I didn't think I could get. It was simple.

Shitty company with shitty customer relations. My family bought a trailer here that ended up having all kinds of issues. Each time it's been a battle getting them to be responsive, let alone take responsibility for their faulty products. Super unprofessional, too.
Amazing customer service and great selection, no pressure to buy and they give you time to look as a family. Very simple process in and out with the best of the best warrantys as well!
Don't waste your time or money at this place. owned our unit for just over a year its been in Tacoma RV's shop for more than 7 months in the first year. (5 months in a single service) We have had the same issues over and over again with no regard to me or my families safety from Tacoma RV. Go somewhere else.
