No pressure sales and easy to deal with!! Excellent customer service from the time we arrived all the way down to driving off the lot. Every employee was helpful and eager to help in any way possible. Craig the technician who did the walk through with us on our trailer had an excellent sense of humor and was great to deal with we highly recommend him! This is the 3rd RV we've owned and hope their excellent customer service continues if we have any issues with our purchase.

We bought our first RV from Tacoma RV Center. The staff was excellent. They made the whole experience fun and easy. They were very quick in getting back to me on my status for a loan and within a week I had my RV. Just to let you see how these people work with you. We didn't notice that the awning had a rip in it. Tacoma RV Center told us not to worry. They ordered us a new awning at no charge to us. No one gives you service like that. I will never go anywhere else for any service I need.
