Terrible company! Sold my family a lemon! Nothing but problems since buying a brand new unit in 2014! Poor customer service, won't take ownership of equipment failure or flaws! Don't buy from this business! Nothing but headaches, not safe for my family or yours!!
I won't tell people exactly what I think of Tacoma RV as I don't think those types of words are acceptable on this site. I will say that they've displayed horrible customer service and lack any level of professionalism. Once you spend your 50k on a BRAND NEW UNIT they are done giving you the time of day. Don't expect to utilize the warranty you paid for, either. Whatever the issue, it was surely caused by you, the consumer, and is not their problem. Absolutely appaled! I don't know how this place has 4 Stars! In my personal opinion, I would recommend that you DO NOT buy anything from them and DO NOT get anything serviced from them. My family bought a brand new 2014 unit (Rubicon 2900) and have had nothing but problems since buying it. It has been in their shop for over 7 months during our first year of owning it. Oh my goodness if this place isn't the best, I don't know what is! Purchasing a trailer was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They were helpful and accommodating and fun! I can't recommend Tacoma RV highly enough.
