Best people ever on this dealership
Awesome experience. No pressure, great people.
Never again will I go to this place... the people were nice at first but did not follow through with their promises. they delivered my unit with the tanks full ..all of them! They never really cleaned it ether...andin my refrigerator freezes everything and they won't fix it it's too bad they don't guarantee their work for at least 60 or 90 days! This is a used unit but I did not buy it "as is"... everything was supposed to work on it and it doesn't so I would not advise going here.
No pressure. We came, we saw, we got the fifth wheel we wanted! Easy going customer service. We bought a pre-owned fifth wheel that was a Forest River, one they don't carry, I wish they would have gone over more small details ( like how to turn off the 12V battery) ( we have NEVER had an RV before ) even though they gave us the 2+ hours of showing us about it. When we got home the owners manual that Forest River gives is a manual for all their RV's. Not specific to the one we purchased. Other than that everything was superb!... read more
What a great dealership.....only RV lot where we felt welcomed by the staff. No high pressure. Just friendly people trying their best to give you great service. This is the second time We have purchased a trailer from Tacoma RV. The whole experience from first stepping on the lot to the final delivery was seamless and easy. Our go to place for sales and service.
Just signed for our new Travel trailer yesterday. Thanks to the Lord and the employees here it made our experience of buying our first trailer awesome. The employees are all so friendly and nice. Not one moment from beginning to the end process did I ever feel stress of any kind. Thanks to Mike for walking us through the trailers and his patience when I asked to keep looking thru the same ones again and again.
Experience was great, unlike all the others for sure! Didn't see a single person without a smile on there face definately sending all my friends and family there !!
