I love this taco bueno. Employees are very polite and outgoing and the beans are always delicious. I will most definitely be back.
Never ever gets your order correct!!!!!!! Then rude to you when you call them and let them know!!! Must have horrible management!!!
Food was cold, salsa had maybe a teaspoon of salsa in the container and the bowl of cheese for my large chips and cheese had barely any cheese in it. Very disappointed. Taco Bueno is really starting to go downhill. So sad.

I had complained twice online about a visit. It has been 1 - 2 weeks since the visit. I had first left a complaint the night of the visit. But I still have not got a response from them yet. That shows they don’t care about the customers visits.
Waited 15 min in an outside line that didn’t move. Then happened to see an employee being dropped off. Wondering if he was the guy who was supposed to be manning the line. Ended up going elsewhere. One star.
Pulled up to speaker box to order was told "we will be with you in a minute." It was 5 minutes. Then the lady who takes my order won't let me talk. She speaks over me as Im trying to tell her my order. Pull up to window to pay to be told to "pull up to side door" that is literally 3 feet from where I am paying. This is strange to me as Im sure they do this to every car behind me in the drive thru. Rude rude rude! My order was wrong last night, so I went up to the counter to get it fixed. As I’m waiting, more people walking in (getting ignored for a few minutes) got their order and left. I ask if they could make my food that I’m still waiting on for 20 minutes and The manager last night called me a dumb blonde b**** along with other inappropriate names. It was a joke...
