Good service good food. BUT, absolutely disgustingly filthy. I've never been in a nastier place. Does anyone take pride in a job anymore? Only two other families here, so it's not busy. Can only image how the kitchen looks.
The last two times I have been there it has taken AT LEAST 20 minutes to get my food and one time was through the drive thru. I walked in tonight to do carry out thinking it would be faster but the wait was 25 minutes to get my food and my order was wrong. I would have stayed to make them fix it but because of the wait I had to leave as soon as they gave us the bag because the 25 minute wait for the food made my son late to a rehearsal and he didn't have time to eat. I will not be going back again
Beans were hard and old like they had been sitting out for days. Tostadas looked like my baby made them. Didn’t even try to make our food correctly, disappointing. Went around 11 pm Friday night
We have been going to this location for many many years but not anymore. The service and the food has just gone way down hill and we are done giving them chances.
THIS WAS THE WORSE FOOD AND COSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!! THE HOT SAUCE WAS SOUR, THE GUACAMOLE WAS BROWN, THE TACO MEAT TASTED AWFUL!! THE CAHIER NEEDS MORE TRAINING AND THE PERSON THAT TRAINED HIM NEEDS MORE TRAINING!! HE SCREWED UP OUR WHOLE ORDER!!
The kitchen was dirty and messy. We had to wait for anyone to wait on us. I threw most of mine away. My son said his muchaco tasted sour. It wasn't a good experience.
It used to be good. Beans aren't as good as they used to be and the chips were stale. I told an employee that the chips were stale. Guess they didn't care. Didn't replace chips or even say they were sorry. Very disappointed because I'm an avid bueno head.
