Same as most comments, slow slow slow service . Twenty minutes in the drive through. I would have left if I could get out of the line safely.Get some help!
Queso didn't look or taste right, color and texture were off. The chips were soft and chewy.
I guess the concept of 'Fast Food' must be a foreign concept to your night crew. They are slow as hell, and could care less about it. 15 minutes to get three muchacos loaded with tomatoes and to top it off, cold. This store sucks!

In the evening the workers and manager are very slow you don't get you're good hot I asked for the taquetos to cooked fresh she took the same ones left came back acted like she cooked them if they let lazy people work there and not do what they need to do is sad they will be like that place across the street that keeps closing to show them how to do proper food handling

I will never go to the Taco Bueno on Rufe Snow in NRH if I can help it. I've never encountered worst customer service. And on top of that, an assistant manager allowed an employee to get an attitude with me and argue with me. Not only did I get my food and money back.. I will be calling in a complaint to corporate. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food for the second time in two weeks. I was frustrated and complained to the manager which caused the confrontation with the lady employee.
