Terrible food, terrible service!
Disgusting Experience. Just got home to open a bag that has the party burritos wrapped in Grease it feels like it was spilled all in the bag and the burritos were soggy and pink coloring 🤮 at the 1810 N Elm Pl, Broken Arrow, OK 74012 location I will never be going back to that location again
Average drive thru time is 25 min., they don’t know what a burrito is or how to make one, employees with lollipops in their mouths, & never have salsa.
Worst Bueno ever, I just waited over an hour in line , had a $30 order, only got 2 salsas , you can’t even see 3/4 of their menu because it’s broken off. And my order was missing an item. Worst service ever. Corporate needs to step in on this store.
Worst experience ever. Order and waited 30 minutes in drive thru and only two cars moved up. Three cars behind me pulled out and I finally gave up and backed out.
Slow service! 25 minute wait is not fast food !
Ordered online, got to taco bueno at 116 st north in owasso, they don't bring it out to you, they are hot allowed to, no where does it say that online, you have go through the drive thru and wait in line, and then they make it when you get to the window, kinda defeats the purpose of ordering online, if you still have to wait, and get our order after waiting in the drive thur for 30 minutes, cinnamon chips are crumbs not chips, my quacamole is and half avocado shoved in a hard shell bowl, beams are dried out, so I call inside... read more
Always out of salsa and condiments. Staff either doesn’t care or hate their job
The food was good at one time with good service to go with it. Things sure have changed. This is definitely not a fast food restaurant as the service is horrible.
