The quality of the food at this location has really gone down hill. Small portions, higher prices, no taste,the cilantro was all stems. The cashier was nice, but that's the only good thing I can say about our visit.
Just waited in the lobby for 20 mins. There was no one else inside and I was watching the drive thru move quickly. We went to the counter to find out what was going on and ask for food to go instead of eating in the lobby . They were JUST getting the food out. Get home, food isn't very hot at all. It wasn't but a five minute drive. Worst service at this location.
The customer service was awful. We went through the drive thru, gave our order, she repeated it back incorrectly so my husband corrected her. She said ok and gave us our total. When we got our order it was wrong so we told the girl at the window and she proceeded to argue with us and tell my husband he was wrong! So finally she tells us "whatever, you said two but I'll get it for you." Then they charge my card with the wrong order, it was for the car behind us. How do you advertise making the new chimichanga "fresh" and you are out of them? My husband was able to order a combo burrito which essentially has the same ingredients. What a joke.
Been here 100's of times...but this time... 45 minutes total waiting to order 4 tacos...give up...and get a refund. After I gave my order I started hearing everyone talking abt how they had been waiting. Finally I gave up and told them I wanted my money back, which also took a while.
