Didn’t get all the food I paid for in the drive thru and didn’t realize until I got home so I sent a message. It’s been over a week and still no response. Sad because I had such high expectations for this place.
So finally got to try this place after weeks of wanting to. Horrible experience. First the cashier didn't know any of the combos so when questions were asked all she do was go ummmm. That's pretty off-putting right there. When we got our food it had no flavor at all. I've never had Tex-Mex without any kind of taste. Like would it kill to get some seasoning or anything? I'm one of the owners and I'm sorry you had a horrible experience. The corporate office pushed a major change to the computers overnight promoting their Event 2 Campaign which is all about the new grilled and marinated chicken. Our registers were affected dramatically. It was like learning all over again which is also a reason they only kept the one register open. Went there aftering opening at 10 no line, you'd think they would have got my order right. I got home missing my gauc, sour cream , and taco . To top it off my chips were some kind of cinnamon chips. All I got was a platter and I paid extra for it to be chicken so disappointed .
I ordered chicken quesadilla n beef burrito, had MORE CHEESE THAN ANYTHING. I spent $9.07 and I'm DISAPPOINTED. I WON'T be BACK. Should've followed my mind, everyone bragged about it. I gave it a try and IT'S OVER. #myopinion
My favorite is the queso and the cheesecake dessert things! This place is so yummy!!! Thanks for bringing it to Shreveport---Bossier is ready for theirs :)

This was our 3rd time trying Taco Bueno. We ordered through the drive thru. I waited in line 15-20 mins. which seemed extreme since there were very few people inside or in the Drive thru line. After getting home, our meal was completely wrong. After calling, they said they would be happy to take my name and order number to replace my order at a later time!!!
