I’ve been to Taco Bueno about 5 times since it opened. First time was within the first week of opening and the enchilada in my combo was hard and inedible. I figured just opening they would work it out. Another thing I’ve noticed is you get no hot sauce for your orders unless you ask. I like hot sauce on my tacos, so that disappointed. I love taco bueno it is great I love my job and the people I work with we are getting great and alot better the more we are learning my bosses are great couldnt ask for better ones
Good food and good service, minimal wait time we will back very soon.
Very disappointed in my first time visit. We waited 40 minutes only to get cold lumpy queso, chips that had too much salt, and the flavor of the beef was bland but the chicken was flavored well.

Michelle I'm one of the owners and recognize we have struggled with speed but I will say we've gotten faster since your first visit. No excuse for cold queso though, our steam line stays hot and food temp checks are done hourly. It's possible the queso was put in the cup first and by the time the rest of your order was made and served the queso had cooled. I waited a few weeks after opening to go so I could give it time to work any possible kinks or problems out, but last night I waited over 40 minutes for “fast food.” I went inside and placed a to-go order and staff moved so slow as if they had no clue what to do. The manager seemed very distracted and overwhelmed but when he got in there on the line to help he did circles around his crew. I honestly felt bad for him. Being the new guy in town isn't easy, but when I saw the drive-thru line wrapped around and out to Bert Kouns, I decided going inside was best. The staff was quick to greet, fully ensure my order was taken correctly and made sure the salsa bar was stocked/ready for use. Our wait time was approximately 15-20 minutes due to the amount of people ordering, but I was able to get our drinks and salsa wrapped up and patiently waited my turn.
