I've been a customer of Taco Bueno for nearly 20 years now and this is my first disappointing experience. My daughter waited nearly 40 minutes for our food and watched as one male employee was busy on his personal cell phone. Food was good but service was lacking. STRIKE TWO!! Went back to give this Taco Bueno another chance. 30-40 minute wait time which I get this is a new opening but then the order was incomplete. Tried it for the first time yesterday. Pretty good. Bean burrito was a little disappointing, the sauce was only in one end of the burrito rather than all the way through but they were slammed and I'm sure they were trying to get orders out as fast as possible so they may have gotten a little sloppy because of the speed. I am very disappointed in this Taco Beuno location. Tonight, I went by for the second time since the opening this past weekend. My free taco coupon that was emailed to me for signing up for emails was not honored. The cashier informed me that this franchise does not accept them. I proceeded to order the Chicken Chilada Platter that was priced at $5.99 on all the menus, yet the register charged $6.89.
