Been twice. Both times the wait was extremely long. Both times we got home and were missing food. First time I called and they took my name to replace the missing items. Second time I couldn’t get anyone to answer. When I tried getting my replacement meal in the drive through I was told I would have to come inside. I told them I had already waited 20 mins that I wasn’t starting over and to forget it. Haven’t been back.

We’ve been twice, and it’s still super busy since they just opened. Despite that, the staff is really friendly and quick. Good food and they take the effort to ensure the dining area stays clean.

Tried to order the Wholatta platter and asked for no lettuce on the tacos. The cashier said she couldn't make any substitutions. I told her I didn't want to substitute anything, I just didn't want lettuce on the tacos. She said there is not a key on the register to take off the lettuce. I ordered something else because they were busy but it was really crazy to me that she couldn't call over a manager to find out how to take the lettuce off the taco. Pallie I’m very sorry that happened. I’m one of the owners and we can make anything any way you want it. I don’t know who the cashier was last night but I’ll find out and ensure she gets additional training so that does not happen again. One of the very first things I noticed was the disparity on the menu board wrt the queso. The picture shows a red cup, we serve it in a clear cup. I even mentioned it to a corporate VP. Yummy! Good quality food. The chicken is real cut up chicken breast. Way better than other fast food chains. I'm so glad there is one here in town now!

Not impressed at all. I had never eaten at a Taco Bueno before, and was really excited to try it after seeing all the hype; unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

A taco should not be a teaspoon of beef, half a teaspoon of sour cream (for an extra charge at that), very little cheese and topped with a ridiculous amount of lettuce. Queso was not even warm. Had to ask more than once for sauce. Another patron had issues using a coupon. When an employee asked how things were I explained my disappointment and he seemed completely disinterested. Not impressed in the least.

Christopher I'm one of the owners and controlling food cost is important but I've stressed to everyone that we want to control food cost by making the order correct the first time and by not wasting food. Not by shortchanging the customer, I'm sorry that happened.

Bueno is my favorite and I couldn't wait for this one to open. Disappointed to say the least! Definitely not as good as any other bueno I've frequented. My mucho nacho chips were cold and chewy and not many toppings. I had to go buy an additional order of sour cream and beans to eat my nachos. One register was open and took forever to order with only 3 people in line. While, there were at least 5 other employees just moping around, looking lost. I will wait several months to try again! I'm sad :(

Amanda I’m an owner and I’m sorry we disappointed you. Cold food is certainly not acceptable. Our steam line stays above 165 degrees but if they don’t stir frequently enough the temps aren’t consistent. Our line had trouble keeping up with two registers so we’ve gone down to one at times. I’m sure the extra charge for sour cream is something they got from training. And we will discuss it. Thanks for the feedback.
