I really wish I had listened to the negative reviews, but I gave this salon the benefit of the doubt, big mistake. I haven't had my nails done in over 2 years due to working in the NHS, and I came here as a treat for my birthday, so i was really looking forward to it. I asked for a hard gel with gel extensions on the tips. They told me yes "BIAB". I have been coming to TT nails for 14 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always so welcoming and friendly, and I am always happy with my nails. Tracy did my nails for my wedding, and they were stunning

Got a manicure done for me and a manicure with nail painting done for my girlfriend. She wasn't happy at all with how her nails were done and the quality of the job. The lady who painted them was going to let her walk out of there with excess paint on her fingers until my girlfriend mentioned something. The guy who gave me a manicure was using his overgrown thumbnail to scrape my cuticles instead of the normal tool. Very gross. I’m m extremely disappointed with the BIAB service I received. Normally, when I get BIABs done at other places, it takes around an hour, but here I was finished in just 20 minutes. At the time, I didn’t think much of it, but usually, my nails feel strong and hard after the treatment. This time, they didn’t feel as firm. I done many times in TT nails and it’s always was good quality nicely done. but this time I will give three stars for the staff how fast they working but not for the quality of the manicure because in same day Manicure start pill off . I want to fix it they fix two nails.Thanks no charge but in same day after two hours Manicure again, start come off. Next day was Sunday, so they didn’t work.
