Ordered a Seiko watch online, simply because the store came up on a Google search and it was on sale here. Service was really excellent - good communication, including to determine size to remove links before sending. Even though they're hundreds of miles from me, I'd be inclined to check here for future watch purchases.

Recently bought a Seiko Special Edition timepieces from T. PATERSON Jewellers. The whole experience from start to finish was a excellent. From placing the order which was easy, and uncomplicated to receiving a follow up email from them, asking if I wanted links removed before postage, which was a nice touch. All in all a great buying experience and I cant recommend them highly enough.

Brilliant service from click to wrist. Very impressed by the service provided by Jaimie. Even received an email asking if I needed any adjustments before posting. Ordered 2pm on Tuesday, received 12:30pm on Wednesday! Been looking for this particular watch for a long time and received it for a very good price. My only wish is they were closer to London so I could visit the shop! Thanks again.
