Pontcysyllte Aqueduct Canoe Tour TY Nant outdoors offer a more personal experience and it really pays off. We had the best time ticking this off our bucket list and cannot wait to bring back the children. Thanks so much Susie for being so kind, fun and informative.
AMAZING! The whole team are truly amazing, super knowledgeable about the local area and the history of the Llangollen canal and taught us all how to canoe across the Pontcysyllte aqueduct. We’re all there as part of a fundraising challenge for the charity Limb Power. It was so refreshing to have such a capable team not scared by a group of amputees and people with limb differences. We had a wonderful experience on the canal and across the historic aqueduct above the River Dee, with our guide Jon giving us history lessons along the way. He showed us a great time and we recommend him and Ty Nant Outdoors to travelers and tourists. The scenery and photo opportunities were outstanding - you won't forget it!
When family from Australia came to visit we wanted to do something special with them and this trip didn't disappoint. A massive thank you to Andy and the team for providing us with an experience we will never forget.
Had a great time! They provide life jackets and can also give you a waterproof jacket to wear on top of your clothes if you like (handy if it's raining). It was a lot of fun and you get to be on the canoes for a couple hours. Big shout-out to Gerard for being a terrific instructor! He was very down-to-earth, took his time showing us how to row and maneuver and made sure we were comfortable, he was chatting with everyone in our small group, and gave us some interesting history on the local sights.
