Very pleasant family run hotel in beautiful grounds. There was a very well attended wake going on the night we stayed but the bar was a long way from the room, so it didn’t disturb in the least. A freshly cooked breakfast which was excellent. No GF that I could see on offer, but there may have been if I’d asked. The entrance is easy to miss on the first pass.
I like this place, beer very good. Eat in the restaurant and thought my meal was excellent as did the rest of the family. Very reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly, all in all right up my street but then I do enjoy real ale. Tried again Aug 2025 still the same.
Lovely, spacious room, beautiful view. Almost perfect but for the noisy plumbing, trouble parking.
A great hotel set in a beautiful place. It's my second time here now, and will definitely be coming back!! The food is really good! The staff are friendly. The rooms are good and very clean. I would highly recommend this little gem of a hotel to anyone.
