We have now stayed at Ty Mawr on 2 occasions and have booked again for next spring. David, Gill & Buster are wonderful hosts. Rooms are very comfortable. The communal areas are lovely, small enough to be able o chat with fellow guests. The food is superb, beautifully cooked, and presented. I can heartily recommend it as somewhere special to stay.
The most exquisite food in a delightful setting. I can't rate the service and attention to detail highly enough. Ty Mawr is set in stunning grounds in the beautiful Brechfa forest ,with access to stunning walks and scenery . An ideal treat for foodies and walkers !
Amazing hotel!! We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The food and drink was delicious, all the staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms were lovely with very comfy beds and the whole hotel has a cosy vibe. I would recommend anyone to stay here and would love to visit again 😁
Ty Mawr is a wonderful family run country house hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for David and Gill. We stayed here with the family for 2 nights to celebrate my Mum’s 90th birthday which was a huge success. The rooms are very well appointed and the beds extremely comfortable. All the food we ate was delicious - breakfast was fantastic and there was plenty of choice for our evening meals.
