Cambridge Grafton Centre branch. Excellent customer service. I was returning a watch that I had purchased online that had some issues, Wendy could not have been more helpful, returned the watch and purchased a different one a very positive experience.
Brought a watch in for battery replacement which lead to some other issue. However, they immediately sent my watch away for repair and I’m extremely pleased at the result. Very well handled. Thank you.

It's is a relatively big shop. The staff were extremely helpful. Was disappointed that I was unable to purchase a metal strap for my watch, due to no stock. Apart from that they seemed to have everything bar what I was looking for.
One of my fav places to buy preloved gold from, and of course Sovereigns too, I specially love TH Bakers branded gold rope necklaces and bracelets, the diamond cut gives such a lovely sparkle to the bracelet, very eye catching and folk always ask me where I got it from! Cannot fault this retailer at all, excellent!
