Stoped for lunch very 2 roasts.. 3 desserts...glad we stoped... after the zipwire...
Made a reservation almost a week ago through Booking.com. I paid £121 for two with breakfast. On the day I checked, a better room with four poster bed was available for £81. I felt that I was fooled as I paid almost 50% more. The dinner was good. A decent portion for a reasonable price. The bed in room 11 was a real let down. The mattress was very cheap with no springs and was making noise every time I turned. The head board was loose and it was moving. I will not stay again for the above reason.
Food and staff were amazing, only problem was the shower not getting hot enough, but proprietor said he'd get it fixed straight away.
