Their driver thinks he owns the roads parked illegally causing nuisance to every road user not to mention the school kids who were not able to see beyond the car when crossing the road.

I would give 5 stars but that would imply they were perfect and no one is. Our extension was a fairly tricky one as it was a joint extension done at the same time as our neighbour. We both were going up two stories and the council said we had to do it at the same time. If I said the build went without a hitch I'd be fibbing. No build is hassle free.
