Totally frustrating in just getting to see if appointments are far out or not. Prompt after prompt to get some snot who will not give you an answer. If you cant get the little things correct you cant get the big things right.
The staff is great. Very friendly. I was there in an emergency. I had so much pain I didn't know where to go besides the ER. Long story short. I met the provider Anthony Orio ( I thought it was oreo, like the cookie, haha). He was fine at the beginning, but then he assumed I was looking for drugs when I asked. "Can I have something stronger than Tylenol" I never had a broken bone in my life, and I don't know what to ask. Either way. Oreo needs some emotional intelligence training. This is concerning SOS physical therapy at 5719 widewaters. The therapist I had was Nicole Veltri. I had a cortisone shot 1 week in back of my left arm prior to seeing her. She asked questions then immediately started placing my arm behind my back. Then putting me on a table on my back, placing a weight under my arm she then bent my arm back, which caused excruciating pain. I informed her that it caused a lot of pain, she could have cared less. I had a miserable experience and my THR ruined my life. My surgeon Dr. Michael Clarke took a gamble with my life and health, and implanted a 50mm THR cup when my native femoral bone is only 43 mm (another surgeon measured it slightly smaller than that but another surgeon verified 43 so I will report the 43 mm). My implant is too big and I have NEVER been able to sit down due to excruciating groin and hip pain since my THR. Don't let them "sell" you a brace for anything. They charged me $350.00 for a brace I later found on Amazon for $70.00. Medical equipment isn't covered on insurance so I'm stuck with this "highway robbery" charge. I called and all they wanted to do was to have me put it on a payment plan at 15 percent interest. Can not believe this is legal.
