If I could give zero stars I would. Moved into our new rental home and was not told that it was going to be gas for water. We moved in on a Saturday and for the past 3 days I have been fighting with people to have someone come out and unlock the gas so we can have hot water and use the stove. I keep getting told the same speech. They have escalated my concern but they can't schedule anyone to come out and I can not have a same day appointment. I have spoke to the most incompetent non-speaking English people. No one can give ... read more

AUTOFILL Customers beware. We had not received a delivery for 4 months, during some extremely cold weather & discovered the gauge below 5% on a Monday morning. Immediately called and did online urgent request. Three days later, the gauge read 0% (called and did more online forms), again, no delivery At that point, we had to shut off the propane heated areas, and use alternate heat to protect areas from freeze in the radiant floor. Continued to call & do online form. Delivery came 7.5 days after our initial call. I completed ... read more
