They promise delivery two weeks àfter payment and showed up 3 and 1/2 weeks later. They gave the excuse that they did not have enough drivers. Heritage always had enough drivers. They are trying to make more money with less drivers. If they don't soon fix this we are afraid we will run out of propane and make a lot of people left in cold conditions.
When local people answered the calls we received great service. Now that the calls are answered by a virtual call center the customer service is terrible. We called in to schedule a fill when our propane tank was at 30 percent. 18 days later (Feb 2nd 2021) we have called every day for the past 5 days. Each day they tell us we are on the schedule for the next day. Today we were told the same. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes to speak to a representative, she hung up on us. The very worst service I have ever dealt with. The people on the phone are nice but the follow up and delivery are non existent. 6 weeks to get a delivery, and I had to go to the terminal and talk to a driver to get it delivered. He was angry too, the communication between ordering and delivery just did not work. The driver was great and delivered my propane the same day I spoke with him from 25 miles away. Stay away.. they charged our card and did not come out. Every time we call they put us on hold and leave us there. After telling us they would provide a refund they started sending bills for fake services....using the $1k they initially charged and running down our balance !!!!!!!!!! Total Crooks!
******** *******, now Ameri gas, seems to have serious issues with doing what they say they will do, delivering when THEY schedule, and being a customer oriented company in general. Go somewheres else!
This company is charging astronomical prices for its product and services. If your a customer who is unable to have “autopay” your subjected to being surprisingly caught with empty propane tanks in the middle of winter. And if your like me and have to juggle your bills you will be forced to pay up front for any delivery even in the coldest stretch of winter in NH. Avoid! I paid for fuel weeks ago. I now have no heat. It's 12 degrees outside I have small children. I called and they routed me. Then did not show. Called again, not even on a route and after calling for the 9th time I am supposed to have delivery in 3 more days. Run from this company as fast as you can. They are aweful. I seriously doubt I will be getting my delivery!
Horrible company, they don't deserve 1 star, I have multiple complaints over the past 5 years, can't wait to get to get rid of them. Almost impossible to get them on the phone or by email, pay for automatic fill yet they miss deliveries, when you run out it takes them DAYS to deliver. They keep making us move the tank and other changes, although we paid them to inspect the tank and they approved everything. Refuse to tell me what steps should be taken to terminate service.
