Swope dealership in Elizabethtown is a joke their service department will lie to you and not fall through what they tell you. And then when you call the manager and talk to him he's a joke also. If looking for a vehicle I would definitely not go to Swope dealership of Elizabethtown. This is my very first Dodge and my very last Dodge due to this dealership.

This is the 2 nd time I’ve talked to the service department the gentleman that answered the was rude and acted like I was wasting his time you spend a lot of money for a car and then when you get a recall notice they talk to you like your stupid I would not recommend the service department to anyone nor will I take my car to them I will drive to Louisville before I call them again
