I had an amazing experience today, thanks to Jody Love! Was recently in a car accident, but Jody and the group at Swope Chrysler were able to get me in a Chrysler 300S in no time. If you are looking to buy a new or used car, these are the guys to go see. Jody took his time to make sure That I loved everything from the price to the car, that met my exact needs. 10/10 would recommend and shop again from these guys!!
Jennifer Embry really took care of us and even came up with some pretty creative ideas to make a deal happen! The whole team there at Swope CDJR really worked hard to put it together and even entertain our relentless children while we worked it out! No one gave us the “omg they brought children” looks and they even played with the kids as well. Very impressed with the whole experience. Had some recalls and an exhaust leak on my truck. They fixed everything and did an oil change which I threw on them at the last minute. I also received a rental car which they had running and heated up ready to go. Day 1 we realized that ken towery who had done my tires had kept my wheel lock which prevented them from being able to fix my exhaust leak. I went and got the wheel lock that night and they fit me the very next day to get the leak fixed. I received the rental car again. It wasn’t planned for my truck to need work ... read more
