The last 2 times I've gone in to service my grand Caravan, the guys at the service desk were very dismissive. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke...that is, until my visit today. The young man behind the counter was more distracted by the 3 or 4 other guys at the counter and kept interrupting me even though he had addressed me. I had to tell him 3 times that my van's alternator was going and that I needed it looked at ASAP. I do not recommend this place at all! Me and my husband were looking to trade in our vehicle, My husband wasnt there but they talked to him over the phone, they shottgunned my credit 6 times but never ran my husband's, which my husband is the one working. Had I known how many times they were gonna run my credit i would have stopped it. They took advantage of me, not at all informative and never explained anything in detail. My daughter just bought her first brand new vehicle on her own. Our salesman was Dante Kenner whom I highly recommend if your looking for someone who works for the customer. He was honest and upfront and saved us from going into a vehicle he knew my daughter would regret later.
