Service - Mr. Craig Ash and maintenance workers. I brought my car in because their was a noise from the passenger side front wheel. Upon checking out the problem they found that the lug nuts were loose. I greatly appreciate the quick and accurate identification of the problem and tightening the lugs appropriately!

I went shopping for my first car, looked EVERYWHERE and had so many let downs I thought I wasn't going to be able to get one. Let me tell you, this place was AMAZING. Mrs. Bird stuck with me and helped me find a car that was perfect for me. She took absolute care of me and was always polite and awesome. When I ran into trouble getting some of the needed materials to her she worked with me on that too and made sure that the car I was going to get was detailed and ready for me the next day. Was offered a low amount for my trade and was very polite and declined the offer that I had got another better offer from another dealership. I said I can’t take that low of an offer but thank you for your time. The response I got was well I’d take their offer. Very rude and unprofessional. Will not be back and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place.
Purchased a car from here yesterday which I love and am grateful for. Got preapproved for a car loan through my bank at a lower interest rate than what the dealership offered me. They offered a 4.09%, saying it probably wouldn’t change much because of my Mom’s good credit. Just to reread everything after he speed fed us the paperwork and find it’s 5.03%.
