My local dealer told me they could work on my Ram but when I called them to work on it they told me it would be a week to get me in just to program a new key fob. I called these guys and Craig told me to bring it in the next morning and he would take care of me, I brought it in and he did exactly that and more. He also performed my recalls and one of the recalls was for a tailgate latch causing it to fall down while driving which happened recently and hit my trailer and damaged my tailgate so he also got the ball rolling on ... read more
Little long but friendly staff and comfortable seating
I traded my wife's mustang in on a practically brand new 2016 challenger. car is absolutely gorgeous and runs great. Their Service department customer relations is awful. I have had TWO incidents with them and the guy who answers the phone and greets you absolutely doesn't want to be there nor does he want to help people. I have owned a Jeep for 20 years and this is by FAR the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a dealership. I called today and he answered and I told him I was having an issue with my Jeep and he literally said "yup" and then was silent.
