I had a fantastic experience. I rank car buying in the same category as going to the dentist. So I expected the worst but got what I was looking for. I hope to continue to get good service
They have "fixed" my jeep 3 times and made thousands from me only for my jeep to yet AGAIN die once i drove it home from the dealership.Same issues for the last 3 months A 10 part cost me over 120 due to diagnostics

Great service! Brandon Marker and Russ Salvia were awesome. They tirelessly searched until they located the exact car I was looking for. When we went to look at it, they'd gone the extra mile to add some personal touch. I loved the surprise. Thanks for all your help in making my car experience fun and easy. We have always had good service from Swope. We have bought 2 new vehicles from them and soon to purchase another new one. We would not go anywhere else. Ray is our go to man!!

I bought a truck from the dealership, and it was a great experience, and then the Service department destroyed all credibility that the dealership built. They have dented my truck and denied it, had me make countless trips for work only to be turned around upon arrival for ordering the wrong part and now, when trying to schedule my recall, the incompetent person on the other end of the phone argued with me about taking my truck in next Wednesday when he offered me the day and then said it wasn't available!!!!
