One of the worst dealership experiences I've had. I was looking for a used vehicle, something within my budget. Instead of working with me on what I needed the salesman tried to get me approved for something way out of my price range. Their website says they offer buy here pay here and with my credit that could have helped me but it was never offered. With so many dealerships combined you'd think they could do a better service for the customer.
Had the oil changed in my 2013 Dodge Ram 2500. Drove it home, got up the next day and went put diesel in it. I always check the oil when I put fuel in my vehicle. I pull the dipstick out and nothing was on it. I come back to the dealership Monday morning and they are doing the oil change again. If I wouldn't have checked the oil, I could have damaged my engine.
Worst service ever!! Unhelpful!!
They sold me a truck which tires are illegal with the tread wear. Having to drop another $500 to get the computer retuned since the emissions have been removed, without any prior knowledge of it until I got home and had someone look at it. So far, I'm already $1500 in the hole with the truck, and absolutely no effort from them. Repeat business is not coming from me, especially since I drove over 200 miles to the dealership. The staff is mostly friendly, but not very knowledgeable. Very unhappy with everything.
