SwingFit Dance! What's not to love. I joined SwingFit a couple of months ago and love it. The classes are just what you want them to be! The dance routines are fun and you soon pick them up! The other attendees are so friendly, warm and inviting. Joo-Lee has built a fantastic supportive community who all like to go out together after class for a well earned cuppa!

If you'd like a future filled with uplifting music and easy dance exercises, then don't hesitate to treat yourself and join a SwingFit class! Every class is filled with Joo-Lee's musical heart, soul and hard work. Her enthusiasm and joy shines through and transfers to us all in every class. Congratulations Joo-Lee on your 15th SwingFit anniversary

I can honestly say that SwingFit has changed my life. I attend two classes a week and will continue to do so for as long as I can. The music is uplifting and motivational, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and I have made so many good friends. Joo-Lee has created an amazing organisation and works hard creating new routines and introducing us to wonderful music. Long may it continue.

Swingfit has become my weekly treat since retiring in 2019. I love the exercise, but it is so much more ! It’s a community of caring, friendly ladies who are all welcomed each week by Joo-Lee’s warmth, enthusiasm and never ending energy! No one is ever left out . We start with chats and laughter and have to be stopped to dance, but can finish off those never ending conversations with a coffee afterwards . I love the many friendships I’ve made and rekindled through Swingfit and would hate to be without it xx
