If theres anyone who can help you overcome your fear of water - it is Laura! After all these years of being afraid of the water , i was recommended Laura. She has patience of a saint 😃 and knows exactly what to say and do to help build your confidence. After my second lesson i was able to swim out of my depth, never imagined i would in my wildest dreams. She even brings tea and cakes for after the lesson - nice touch!

Had a great session swimming with Laura at Loch Sunart, magical to swim in such a lovely place despite the water being sooo cold. It was more than two years since I'd done any real cold water swimming, Laura helped me get my confidence, understand how to stay safe, and put me back on my swimming journey.

Laura is an amazing teacher, my terror of deep water was massive and I just wouldn’t get in the water. Laura made gave me confidence and has made the experience so much fun. I started lessons in September last year and with a handful of lessons by October was swimming on my own!

Asked Laura to give me some confidence in swimming in Loch Sunart, which I have lived close to for years ! Right from the roadside she made me feel at ease in entering the water. 15 minutes for brilliant instruction on the changes in bouyancy and Loch swimming technique. Can't wait for the next session. Thank you Laura.
