I am having the worst experience with Swetenhams as a landlord. They have shown zero concerns with the tenants welfare and with landlords concerns, tell you they will take out works for one thing but then go ahead and charge you for other irrelevant services without the initial problem being solved. Communication is terrible. Please avoid letting with them. The only thing I can recommend is Colin as a mortgage advisor who is absolutely brilliant!!

Don't touch, even with the largest barge pole. As estate agents they would make great bus passengers as they just sat and watched out of the window as my sale went very west. Poor communication and poor service as I seemed to find out where my sale was up to before they did, and they have the cheek to want paying? Thankfully I've now instructed an adult that doesnt eat crayons to complete this.

Incredibly unresponsive and uncommunicative. Sold our house through these recently - we did all the viewings ourselves and once into the sale cycle after an offer never kept us informed and took days to reply it at all.
