We were the first family to move into this estate in 2021 . Yes we have had some issues but tell me a builder who doesn’t. The houses are very individual and well designed . Each house type is very distinctive and excellent value for money . This is a fantastic friendly estate and we’ve made great friends with many group parties in the courtyards ! Don’t be put off by negative reviews, some people just love to moan

This review is just to give a shout out to Adele in the Marketing Suite at Sweetbriars Park in Darlington. My partner initially reserved with Adele on the first day he met her and he was very impressed with the way she had dealt with him on his first visit to the Marketing Suite. He had visited other Developers in the area that day, spoke to the sales staff at the marketing suites, but did not have a good first impression like the one he had on first meeting Adele who was representing Gentoo.
