Every single staff member here has been amazing! Everyone single person has been kind, prompt, efficient, and caring. I have been so impressed with the level of care and attention to detail this hospital and their staff provide. Special thanks to Claudia my housekeeper, my nurses Kristi, Christina, Zoe, Allison and Rachael and Dr. Kraus! Thanks Swedish!
The staff from ER to release were wonderful! A big shout out to the nurses on 5 west Allison, Anne Marie, Karin, Peggy, Holly...thank you all...you made my time here
My brother has had wonderful care since he was admitted about two weeks ago. The care is exceptional and staff at every level are caring and kind, as concerned about my well being as they are about my brother's
I have (unfortunately) stayed at many different hospitals in the past 10 years and Swedish is BY FAR the best! I've been 3 times now an every single nurse is awesome! Their care and response time is great and I always feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for. The doctors and programs are very advanced. Rooms are nice, equipment is very current, and supplies are abundant and readily available. I am always informed of my care plan and they value and respect my opinion and wishes (because it's my body!). If you have to be i... read more
I was in the emergency room yesterday for a somewhat embarrassing issue. My nurse was so kind and never made me feel shy or nervous to discuss my issue. Waiting to complete my procedure took a little bit longer than I'd expected, but that's okay because the nurse apologized for the delay and managed to keep me laughing when I was in painfully uncomfortable. Thank you :]
I am so thankful for all the kindness and support I received here after having surgery. The entire staff from ER, nurses, surgeons, techs, all made my stay much easier and we're always checking in on me. I can honestly say there are no complaints and I hope that I can show them how much easier they made me feel in a time when I was scared and hurting.
The people that work the Radiology file room are incredibly rude and unthoughtful if I could rate lower than one star I would.
Seeing as I was put on life support on arrival..the first week was a blur. I had many procedures, I was unable to speak for the entirety of my very long stay. That threw a wrench in my ability to let anyone know how bad things got depending on the nurse on duty. Most were great, but the bad ones made my life (as it were) much worse. One example: I was completely dependent on whomever was in duty..and there was more than one time where I laid in my own filth. One time for over an hour and a half. There are a few other bad sit... read more
this is one of the most horrible experiences of my life. I am epileptic and sometimes my siesures injure me, this time being my back. I was not impressed at all, and actually ended up ripping my iv out and searching for a different hospital that would actually help me.This hospital does not comply with any HIPAA or OSHA regulations I was there for 4 hours and was never even offered an ice pack for my pain. their staff are very rude and don't care about what your going threw. They fail to have any organizational skills, or pr... read more
