I was taken to Swedish -First Hill ER 3 weeks ago. The ER Doctor was soooo overworked he gave me horrible medical attention. I finally left very frustrated and still suffering from severe pain and bleeding internally. I suffered through the night and drove to Yakima Memorial Hospital the next morning. There I received the BEST care from their ER Doctor. I'm now back home in Bend, OR and finally feeling better after being diagnosed with and treated for diverticulitis and colitis. Some of the staff on 9th floor. Are unfriend to patients. Seem they are there for a pay check and little more. Patients will speak to nurses or ask a question. And the nurses dont even look at them or reply. These people already are at a very hard/low point dealing with mental illness. The staff need a memo or something to make them do the job. Thanks
One star by default. This place is disgusting and the nurses are very rude. My grandmother was admitted here for over two weeks, and it was by far the worst hospital experience. We've never had to wait for over ten minutes for a nurse to respond to the call light like we have here, no one should have to have an accident in bed multiple times in a day because no one can get to help them. don't go to this hospital unless you want to leave with a new illness
We have been here on the Neurological floor for 3 days now and I have to say I wouldn't ask to be anywhere else!!! The nurses and doctors are amazing and the friendliest we have met in the 3 hospitals we have been between. Thank u guys for being so amazing!!
My dad was admitted on to floor 6 for two nights he was being unbelievably difficult and there was two nurses that were absolutely amazing there names were kelly and Allison. They kept there patience with him and were so nice. I admire what they do i could not handle that everyday
