This place by far is the worst! I won’t go into detail but I would recommend going anywhere else!

My mom was in North Suburban Hospital for a week and a half before she passed away. The 5 th floor care of her was neglegant. Her care instructions were to turn her every two hours. My sister and I were there for 5 1/2 hours and she was not turned once. My mother kept telling the aides that her leg and backside where her wound was located burned and they did not do anything. Finally after the 5 1/2 hours, they turned her while I was in the room and she was laying in a combo of Feces and fluids from her infection. I had her m... read more

RecommendedI recently gave birth to my first child and I couldn’t have asked for a better team of men and women to help bring our son into this world. Everyone, from the moment we walked in the doors, to the moment we were walked out our vehicle taking our son home. Their kindness and care added to the best days of my life❤️
RecommendedMy son was born here and they have saved his life at least 100 times... he has had 23 surgeries and the doctors and staff at this hospital have always been amazing! This hospital and the doctors and staff will always have a special place in our hearts.... we even did a tribute to them when my son was old enough... this is mine and he has a matching one.
