They misdiagnosed my nephew said he had indigestion, the only time the doctor even came in contact with my nephew was when he shook his hand and fed his bs to me just to get us out of there. They gave him the wrong medicine, made him worse and one was not covered by insurance costing about 60$ out of pocket. The result.... we went home he developed a rash and a high fever, had surgery the day after at Children’s Hospital, he had a ruptured appendix. Thanks for being to busy to care. Thanks for nothing.

There is only 1 working elevator for visitors. The stairs aren't even accessable unless there is a fire. It has been like this for MONTHS. They are doing all kinds of construction but can't get a working elevator????
