Checked into room at 11pm, it's 5am still no dr?!?! Was told after 3 hours here they needed a UA, then they could start. That was 2 hours ago!! I'm very disappointed in the care my son received, we should have went to Denver Health, or across town to University! Never again will I shame my family and go to this waste of time!!!
I have been on many floors of this hospital. I haven't always had pleasant experiences but this time they have really impressed me. They are wonderful here in pediatrics. They treat you so well and really listen to your opinions.
The neurosurg faculty and staff on the 7th floor were terrific. Compassionate and attentive 100% of the time. Thank you
So not fast!!!! We actually left early without discharge papers with my daughter diagnosed with a concussion. Horrible! I will drive farther if I need emergency care in the future. No response from Swedish after my feedback regarding the horrible treatment.
Extremely rude and inconsiderate staff. When a doctor would ask the family to step out of the room for a moment, other staff would immediately kick us out of the hallway and down several corridors to a waiting room. Everywhere we walked or stood, we were getting kicked out of. No congratulations from the staff on the birth we were there for.
