I met my parents here in the ER after my dad was brought in via ambulance. The estimated wait time was 15 minutes. I started my timer an hour after my parents arrived and we still have yet to be seen. He is a lung cancer patient that has low oxygen, is so weak he can hardly walk, and we watched several people go back for treatment before him. At least update your ER wait time to be more accurate, you would be doing a better service to your patients by setting up the right expectations. I cannot review the services provided b... read more
